What you get

Most people lose weeks by appealing in the wrong place, repeating the same rejected text, or missing deadlines. We turn that into a clear process.

Restriction diagnosis

What kind of restriction you have — community guidelines, suspicious activity, ID loop, hack, impersonation — and which official channel actually applies.

Appeal text

A personalised first appeal plus an escalation version, written to avoid the common mistakes that get appeals auto-rejected.

Evidence checklist

Exactly what to attach and what never to send — so you do not lose time or make the case worse.

Escalation ladder

What to do when the first answer is no: follow-up timing, secondary channels, and EU DSA options where they apply.

Free platform guides

The first steps are free. Read the guide for your platform before you appeal — most rejections come from using the wrong channel and writing the same text again.

Instagram account disabled

Not sure which pack fits? Start with the free diagnosis →

Paid checkout is being enabled right now. You can start with the free diagnosis — you will get the restriction type and the official channel at no cost.

Before you pay. AppealNotes is an independent self-help service. We cannot restore accounts: we sell a process and templates, and the platform makes the final decision. If you need a guaranteed restoration, please do not pay. We are not a law firm, we are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or X, and we do not guarantee that an account will be restored — platform decisions are final and outside our control. Paid services are for adults 18+ only. Prices are one-off charges in USD; there is no subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see your full card number.

At checkout you confirm two things: that you are 18+ and accept the Terms, and (EU/UK/EEA) that you ask us to start immediately and understand you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the pack is fully delivered. Both confirmations are recorded with your payment.

Refunds: 7 days if the pack has not been delivered or started; we do not refund because a platform rejected an appeal. See the Refund Policy.

EU/UK/EEA consumers: you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By buying a digital pack you ask us to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once the pack is fully delivered. If you withdraw before we start work, we refund you in full; if we have already started, we may charge a proportion for the part delivered.

By paying you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and that you are 18 or older.

DSA/EU information is educational only: you file every complaint yourself; we are not an EU-certified out-of-court dispute settlement body and do not represent you.

Business or ad account? Start with the free diagnosis and mention it — business cases are quoted separately. In the EU/EEA? Self-Help and Guided include DSA Article 20/21 information (you file complaints yourself). All prices are one-off, in USD. Paid services are 18+.

FAQ

Will you get my account back?

No one can guarantee that. We give you a clear, step-by-step plan, the right official channel and the deadlines; the platform makes the final decision and we never promise an outcome.

Do you need my password?

Never. We do not log into your account or ask for passwords, 2FA codes, recovery codes, session access or remote access. You submit appeals yourself through official channels.

Why pay if the official form is free?

The form is free, but it does not tell you which restriction type you have, which channel applies, what evidence to send or when to escalate. That process is what we sell.

Why $49 instead of $9?

$9 is the Starter Pack — appeal and escalation text templates you apply yourself. $29 adds the day-by-day escalation ladder, platform-specific deadline plan and follow-up templates. $49 includes a human review of your specific case, a personalised appeal and an escalation plan.

What exactly do I get for $9, $29 or $49 — and how fast?

All paid packs are delivered by email: Starter and Self-Help within 1 business day, Guided within 3 business days. Starter = template texts + evidence checklist + step-by-step deadlines. Self-Help = Starter + day-by-day escalation ladder + platform-specific deadline plan + follow-up templates. Guided = Self-Help + a human reviews your case and personalises your appeal and escalation text, with a deadline tracker.

How fast will I get the pack?

Starter and Self-Help packs are delivered within 1 business day after payment; Guided Appeal (human review) within 3 business days. The free diagnosis reply takes up to 2 business days. If we miss a delivery target, the Refund Policy applies.

Is this legal advice?

No. We are a self-help service, not a law firm. For complex or litigated cases, consult a lawyer.

Are you affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or X?

No. We are an independent self-help service. Platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the platforms our guides cover. We do not use their logos and there is no endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

What happens if the platform rejects my appeal?

We do not guarantee outcomes and we do not refund because a platform rejected an appeal, did not reply or did not restore an account — what we sell is the process and the templates, not the platform's decision. You can use the escalation steps and, in the EU/EEA, the complaint routes described in your plan. Details are in the Refund Policy.

What data do you need?

Only the platform, account type, country, email and a description of what happened. We never need your password, 2FA/recovery codes, session access, ID documents or card details. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle and delete data.

Do you file DSA complaints or represent me?

No. We provide information and templates; you submit every complaint yourself. We are not an EU-certified out-of-court dispute settlement body and we do not act as your representative or lawyer.

Can I use this if I am under 18?

The free guide is open to everyone. The diagnosis form and paid services are for adults 18+. If you are under 18, please do not submit personal data or buy a pack.

How do refunds work?

We refund within 7 days if the pack has not been delivered or started. We do not refund because a platform rejected an appeal. EU/UK/EEA consumers also have a 14-day withdrawal right — see the Refund Policy.
